These Booking Terms apply to reservations and stays at LUSH PUGLIA STAYS – Ceglie, a boutique apartment in the historic centre of Ceglie Messapica, Puglia, Italy.
By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms.
LUSH PUGLIA STAYS – Ceglie offers accommodation in a private boutique apartment in Ceglie Messapica, Puglia, Italy.
The apartment is intended for short-term stays and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

A reservation is confirmed only after availability has been confirmed and the booking has been accepted through our website, booking platform, email, WhatsApp or another agreed booking channel.
The guest is responsible for providing correct booking details, including:
Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Prices are shown in euros and may vary depending on the season, length of stay, availability, booking channel and selected rate.
The final booking price will be shown before confirmation or communicated in writing.
Local tourist tax, if applicable, may be charged separately according to the rules of the Comune of Ceglie Messapica or other applicable local regulations.
Payment conditions depend on the booking method and selected rate.
For direct bookings, the required deposit, balance payment and payment deadline will be communicated before the reservation is confirmed.
For bookings made through an external booking platform, the payment conditions of that platform may also apply.
A reservation may be cancelled if the required payment is not received within the agreed deadline.
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate, booking method and booking channel selected at the time of reservation.
The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
For accommodation bookings for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right may not apply under applicable consumer rules. The cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking will apply.
If the guest does not arrive on the agreed check-in date without prior notice, this may be treated as a no-show.
In case of no-show, the booking may be cancelled and the guest may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the applicable cancellation conditions.
In case of early departure, unused nights are not automatically refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will make every reasonable effort to honour confirmed reservations.
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious technical problems, safety issues, force majeure, legal restrictions or events beyond our control, we may need to cancel or modify a reservation.
If this happens, we will inform the guest as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, offer an alternative solution, a date change or a refund of amounts already paid for the affected stay.
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed before arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Guests must respect the agreed check-out time so that the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
Late check-out is only possible if confirmed in advance.
Guests may be required to provide identification documents before or at arrival, as required by Italian accommodation and public-security regulations.
Only registered guests may stay overnight in the apartment.
The main guest is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these Booking Terms and the house rules.
Guests must use the apartment with care and respect.
The following are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing:
Pets are only allowed if explicitly confirmed in writing before arrival.
Guests must follow the house rules provided before or during the stay.
These may include rules about:
Failure to respect the house rules may result in additional charges or, in serious cases, termination of the stay without refund.
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.

Guests must report any damage, defect or problem as soon as possible.
The apartment is cleaned before arrival.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition at check-out.
Normal cleaning is included unless otherwise stated. Excessive cleaning, unusual dirt, stains, waste or damage may be charged separately.
WiFi and utilities are provided for normal guest use.
We aim to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning or other services, especially where interruptions are caused by external suppliers, local infrastructure or events beyond our control.
Guests must use utilities responsibly.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during the stay.
Guests must lock the apartment when leaving and must not leave keys, valuables or personal belongings unsecured.
LUSH PUGLIA STAYS – Ceglie is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence.
If something is not working properly or if there is a problem during the stay, guests must contact us as soon as possible.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue during the stay.
Complaints made only after departure may be more difficult to assess and may not automatically lead to compensation.
Before arrival, guests may receive access to private guest information, such as address details, access instructions, WiFi information, appliance instructions and practical stay information.
This information is intended only for confirmed guests and must not be shared publicly.
If a reservation is made through an external booking platform, the terms and conditions of that platform may also apply.
In case of conflict between these Booking Terms and the terms of the booking platform, the platform terms may apply to payment, cancellation, refunds and dispute handling for that specific reservation.

These Booking Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the guest.
